Layers of history

I like to use layers of collage, paint and ink to capture my emotions and to give a rich sense of history and texture to my work. The collage pieces I use always have significance to the painting, my past or I make the paper myself.

I enjoy working in a variety of mediums and experimenting with different techniques and tools. Through my original artworks I am currently exploring my emotional response to life events and my environment.
